Eastern Iran

Hi,
I will be traveling overland from the UK to India. I have noticed warnings on the British FCO website about traveling in eastern Iran close to Pakistan and Afghanistan borders. I will be just taking the main road taking me from Iran to Pakistan. Are there any specail considerations to have in mind when passing this region?

There were no cases of problems in this area recently, but you must travel with the bus and directly to one of the central cities of Kerman and Yazd like.
It is much safer if you travel this way. I have heard people accompanied by the police near the border.

I am not sure why you replied such. Have you read the above posts. And for the post i donot think there is such danger.
