When choosing the extension, it's always best to go for COM since it's the easiest thing for your users to connect to and remember about your web business. COM is known globally, other extensions might not be.

Should your domain be named without any spaces, hyphens, etc, and all in lower case?

Or, should it be capitalised first letter of each word in the domain phrase (name)? With or without hyphens...

What about using underscores within the domain name? Is that good or bad?

Or is anything else better for SEO purposes??

You should definitely use shorter domains which would be easy to remember
