As pingpipe said this is the easiest way to do it without needing to learn code but there are other systems that will allow you to create a site without needing to know code. These packages are generally called CMS'. Some popular ones include Joomla and Drupal. All that you need to do is set it up on your system install a template you like and away you go using the backend of the site to create your pages and content.

go into file manager and create HTML files.

You can used web builder tools, if you domain name hosting provider have one. This is an easy way to build your website from your cPanel.
