Its true dear, it is said to be a spamming by google.

yes you can put different tags to keywords but make sure the keywords are relevant, the on the keywords not related to the blog can see as spamming.

Always use different keywords in every page with related content for blog or websites. So, not difficult for SEOer.

Of course yes. You need to be very careful while using keywords in your blog. They are the driving forces of SEO but if used carelessly( that is shooting of the mark) then they will definitely spoil our efforts. Use related tags and keywords which are relevant to your main keyword.
