OK well Blog is an easy way to get backlinks to increase traffic quickly.

Backlinks are still the very best way to get a successful ranking. This involves your site being linked to by another. The higher value in the ranking charts the link comes from, the better your site will fare. Now, there are a lot of ways to get good backlinks. One of the best ways is simply to write articles. There are other things like blog networks and link wheels which other people use as well, but they are not recommended.

How about nofollow blog??

i tried blog commenting but i never saw a real results from it.

True.Backlinks from blogs are great for getting the high page rank.But the blogs should be do follow and should be of high page rank(normally of 4-5) which is helpful in getting back link.

Blog commenting is good, but myself being owner of many sites and blog, I hate stupid guys juts posting 30 irrelevant links straight into comment and hoping someone will approve them. Its a sheer wastage of time. If you want back links, at least contribute properly to the blog or forum, so that they can reward you with a link.
