Mistakes in Blogging

Hi All...What are the common mistakes to be avoided while posting a blog?

i dont know, well commonly i always see blogs with wrong spellings and other stuff.

ya first one is spelling and the another one is from my point of view domain name ,,,

You should avoid having a wrong grammar and also don't spam your blog, like putting many anchor links.

People forget to add tags which help visitor to get our blog to read.

just make cool posts. if you are going to do silly stuff than your readers will go away. keep it quality content

Mistakes to avoid:

1. Get a paid domain name & hosting if you are trying to make money from blogging, unleast it is for personal blogging.

2. Of course checking spelling & grammar mistakes is important.

3.You have your comments turned off. In a way you are blocking a two way communication with your visitors.

4. You only write 2-3 times a month. Consistent blog post is very crucial.

5. You never comment on other's people's blog. This will help to build relationships with other blogger.

Good Point about the tags, I forget about that sometimes. Be relevant. Nobody wants to listen to "that person" at a party going on and on about nothing important.
