Problems faced as a blogger?

I have heard a few cases where bloggers have come under government scanners or legal problems because of what they put on their blogs. Have you ever faced any such problems?

i think this happens if the blog contain sensitive information. i have not heard of anyone having legal problems because of blogging. if you have significant URL on this then please share. thanks.

nope, unless you post info on some anti-social element supportive information on your blogs
blogs are safe till you use it wisely

Yes, there are some bloggers who experienced some problems with their blogs. Simply because they are tackling issues that involve social issues like government policies, etc.

In civilizxation there are no such problems ofcourse if you don't do something ilegal ...

Never faced such a problem, But I have heard that there may be some legal obligations when you are writing something against govt or legal bodies.

I think such thing might not happen so often if only the contents on your blogs subject to the TOS of your own blogging platform.

I could see it being an issue if a blog was on a touchy subject, or illegal subject. Especially, given today's political climate.

I've heard of a few people being under investigation for threats, etc, against government employees. Some people think they can say whatever they want on the Internet, and have no accountability- those people are flat wrong.

I recently did a post that bashed my ex health insurance company. They contacted me to let me know they did not like it, but since everything I said was true they could not make me take it down.
