In order to success in the Blogging business, blogmasters need to slow down a little bit and make sure that he has the basics down first so he can build a strong foundation.
Here are some of the basic tips:
* Establish and stick to a regular blogging schedule
* Write blog posts that either educate, entertain or inspire your readers
* Make sure your blog theme is clean and simple and easy to navigate
* Try to carve out a niche and stick to a handful of topics instead of being all over the place
* Promoting your blog is equally important as writing blog posts
* Comment on other blogs
* Have fun
* Personalize your “about” page
* Must have plugins like All in One Seo and WP-Spam free
* Create custom permalinks when you first start your blog

Tips are useful for new bloggers for maintaining their blogs very well. I agree with your tip that one should post such thing which can educate, entertain or inspire the visitors.

Adding a feedback form to the blog might be helpful. Interacting with your readers can give you ideas on which topics they like and to focus more on them so that they become your regular readers.
