20% to 30% seems a bit low. I always change the articles 45% to 65%, actually I've never tried those low numbers. But then again I've never been slapped with duplicate content. Lately I have been wondering if the whole duplicate content rule can really hold as much water as they claim.

I mean, when a big news story hits and everybody is reporting and posting the same story, you think Google is going to slap everybody for posting the story? I don't think so. I need to do more testing on this.
