Very guidelines for a individual like me who is new to tweets. But still I have some misunderstandings about retweet, I did not know it that how it performs.

I think that direct message to every new follower with afew words about you or your company is also helpful.

Great tips.I would add to have a variety of ancher text and linking urls.
