This way, businesses can stay in touch with their customers or fans of the business and at the same time, promoting their business and its product through notifications on e-mail.

By retaining customer relationships through blogging, businesses can obtain full customer feedback by having them leave comments about the advert or the event or anything regarding businesses that perform their job well. In a sense, business blogs are performing all the basic routines as well.
