Tenant credit worthiness

Although all potential tenants can look nice, as an entrepreneur, your goal is to run a profitable investment property company. You must also provide contact details of previous owners and two credit references. There are a number of organizations that private landowners can use to check credit tenant's solvency. Knowing what type of report you want and what should be in the report will help you decide which service to go with.

I do credit reports and ask for and check references myself. ..... absolutely no credit rating, but those are not people I am seeking out as tenants.
