Those are referral / affiliate links which gets them commission if someone sign's up or purchases a product using the referral / affiliate link.

the uncomparable way to pass money online is to sale your own products, bod a angle, then sale your customers many products. clickbank is a enthusiastic way to get started though. that's where i started.
