Promoting affiliate products on Twitter and Facebook?

Using social networking sites like Facebook and Twitter to push affiliate products can be tricky, because its not targeted and it is very difficult to get people to follow a number of links. Generally speaking, people are not in the buying mood when they are cruising around Facebook.

i have never tried it but i seem to get an idea from this discussion.

i never use twitter and facebook for affiliate my product. i but i guest its worth a try since this two generate high traffic.

I had no luck with promoting on facebook, it was like placing ads on other sites. People just click the ad and don't buy so you waste your money on people's curiosity and no intent to buy.

I find Twitter to be a great platform for building real relationships. I have not trying to market with it yet. I would be interested to hear the details of how it is done.

yes , for me facebook is better and it bring me many ips . it's so ,you need fresh the facebook and back to others too
