Does anybody know of a social bookmarking tool that will spider my site and submit my urls automatically to major web 2.0 websites?

I still prefer doing social bookmarking submission manually instead of using automated software.

Yes Social Marker is good one but i can prefer doing social bookmarking submission manually.
