I use addthis ,it's easy to use.

We ping and that about it. We have B2B sites that don't benefit from social traffic. We worked the social sites and saw a 5 fold increase in traffic that didn't generate one lead or sale.
We ping for branding purposes and that about it.

We tried to use many SB sites but now we concentrate on digg and stumbleupon, they are the biggest and they give us the best results.

Social bookmarking is one of the best way to get targeted visitors and traffic.Also there sre some bookmarking sites are do follow and helps us to get backlinks too.But social bookmarking is effective in only the case when we do bookmarking in a right way.
