I use digg a lot, and used to use stumble upon, although I haven't had the toolbar active in a long time.

I used SU a LOT for sites, and used to use Digg but after an incident on another WM board, some crazy ass fool got my main site banned from Digg (just kept digging it over and over...) and they wouldn't even respond to any of my e-mails about it
So since then Ive concluded Digg are penards, and I avoid them
I gave up on the cheap "pligg" based sites, none of them really sent much traffic in mainstream.
I've got quite a good adult shortlist though

last night i stumbled one of my article and today when i checked the stats i see over 130 hits from stumbleupon.

Social networking sites can delivery traffic, yes, but quality traffic is a different story. If you want quality traffic, submit your site's content/links to social bookmarking sites.

I signed up for digg recently and I'd like to try out Yahoo Buzz. I heard it similar to digg is that true?
