Getting bloggers interested in my website

i have recently started my blog again after 3-4 months and i would like to know how do I get bloggers interested in my site. The link in my signature is my site.

Make sure that you post regularly on your blog. People are unlikely to be interested on a site if sometimes you post 5 articles a week, and sometimes you don't post anything for a month. The time frame is not as important as the fact that you keep it regular. If you post interesting content once a week people will still go to your site, but if you are very irregular, people will be less likely to go to it.
