Hey buddy, if you have limited funds for advertising, then can you get free traffic by doing following work:

Social Bookmarking
Blogging
Article submission
Forum posting
Social Bookmarking etc.

Alredy tried and had pretty good results with:
Popads - very good
McTraffics - good (excellent support)
Adsvisual - good service but rates...

Also want to try:
iframe-x - I've some doubts yet
Buysellads - but they haven't geo targeting(

SEO Search Engine Optimization is the best way for your low budget advertisement. So if there is any SEO organization near you consult them they will surely help you.
