    Default Dealing with bad lists

I am a tradesman that represents some small businesses, and I to expand and am hoping to take on some new clients. My question is, if a new client to me 'unsubscribe a high number or just plain bad addresses, how to protect myself from my ISP can shut me down with lists? Sounding their ctct account program, which all our clients allows for different accounts using the recommended, so if a top and bottom ends are closed, it will not affect others. Only drawbacks: cost and design capabilities. The value of sending thousands of emails per month quickly adds. And I with my email software designed to influence is not (I much prefer groupmail, but it is an ISP server, which is theorectically the limitations would have run through)
    Any help is much appreciated!

To every rule there is an exception, am I'm not saying that I day trade all micro-cap companies, but let's face it. We are all here to make money, some ways are faster than the other.

A scenario may arise, however, where another brokerage does have the perfect buyer. In the case of an exclusive, non-co-operating listing, the buyer would most likely be responsible for paying a fee of some sort to the buyer's agent.
