This is a discussion on Email Deliverability Issues within the Advertising & Promotion forums, part of the Internet Marketing category; I have a bulk email program, SendBlaster, direct mode access to the school and to use the Cox SMTP server ...
I have a bulk email program, SendBlaster, direct mode access to the school and to use the Cox SMTP server to email the district (my business high-speed ISP) my delivery mode as secondary. When email schools, some districts receive my emails but sometimes I like to use direct mode, "unable to connect to the SMTP" to get something, "SMTP denied" error or something of that nature when I have other school districts for the email. Using Cox's SMTP server, I reported the email to those schools that may have been rejected direct mode. However, I site my email delivery, trackemailmarketing.com, reported that very few emails are read with no unsubscribers monitors have been very few responses as getting. I believe that even if Cox's SMTP server is having difficulties in school districts to distribute.
These school districts with the same results I have tried to delivering HTML and text email. Before I email, I always like Spam Assassin run your email through the system to make sure that my score is low.
It is my understanding that some school districts with very strict spam filter spam as well as legitimate email should end.
My questions are:
1) use the services of a website would particularly like graphicmail.com email distribution to school districts to prepare effectively that I can not access to be able to send email?
2) send the email manually, like a bulk email program without using one at a time, my emails get delivered? So, the best delivery I should use the html or text emails? Also, the best delivery I must use Outlook or My AOL account?
