Post Why my emails are spam for Yahoo and Hotmail ?

    Hello.
I have the domain and we sell tourism.

We reply to our customers by sending an email with the specific quote they requested.

However we have seen that yahoo and hotmail are taking our emails messages as spam.

We do not send spam and our emails seem to be Clean and safe from our side.

Can any one tell me or suggest something to avoid this situation.?

This is an example of the content of my emails.

It seems that the content of your message as it appears in your quote seems to be similar to the quality and content of spam that I have seen. The message appears to look like spam, therefore being sent to the spam folder.

A lot of spam software does not work very well or finds legit email to be classified as spam.

Maybe try a different layout of your emails and make it more professional than what it is currently. For example:

Next time when you ask for help you should hide private information of your client's including their itinerary's and their personal information..

    Hope this helps.

By the way what is the email address you are using as some email accounts @yourdomain.com are automatically detected as suspicious email.

sometimes when you send bulk messages from the same email to several other email address, mail servers consider them as spam mail. i am not sure but i believe you can contact the service provider and whitelist your email address.

A message being classified as a spam has lot to do with the part after "@" and what server you guys are using.. are you using that nobody knows.. low class cheap free hosting.. or are you using standard high class ones.. i.e. go daddy.. is your server already listed on the black list.. lot of factors guys.. pay attention to all of them... try changing as much as you can..
Where from, Why here, Where to..?
May god bless, who he wishes to bless!!

Yahoo acknowledges two forms of filtering. The first is based on the sending IP address - basically if they detect spam from the same IP address or address range as you are sending from, they are more likely to mark your e-mail as spam. The second method is heuristic analysis. Different parts of the message are analyzed for things that look spammy. This could range from information in the headers (especially if the e-mails are being sent through an automated application) to misspellings or the formatting of the text in the message.

I think this question is not a big problem. Acceptable as long as one can get on it.

You can change your IP and then change a bit of your letter layout and make it sound a bit more personal.

Yahoo and Hotmail have very stringent measures due to spam problems in the past, and many hosts prefer their hotmail and yahoo users to mark their emails on a whitelist to avoid this issue
