I think Advertising with CPM networks could help. Some sites they got cheap rates for CPM and it gets you loads of traffic. I tried a few networks, such as Adoori, they cover in quite a lot of countries and they work well. esp casino offers in DE and CH. sometimes AU too.

facebook is the best way to get traffic. forum posting, blog comments & social bookmarking is also the best tactics.

facebook, twitter and articles submission, articles that are submitted to ezinarticles can get much traffic for your website.
