ROI calculation is requires consistency. There are three different formulas or methods involved, it is often difficult to find one of them will be the most accurate maintained in the minds of the parameters involved.

1. Calculate all the cost incurred from deposit to maintenance.
2. Estimate your expected returns.
3. Estimate the timeline for each.
4. Finally calculate the Profits earned with your estimated returns.
