I need to find a good email marketing company that allows lots of user customization, let's you copy and paste from outside sources (like Word) and edit message templates easily. I'm looking for top notch user friendliness and preferrably either free or a long free trial period with a good pricing system after that. I tried Constant Contact but I had lots of problems pasting and editing their templates. Same with IContact and even Freeautobot.com gave me issues with manipulating my messages - it was too clunky too). Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
