The rating at bankrate.com says that CapitalOne is the best because it has 5 stars. However, CapitalOne has a pretty low percentage (4%). Which other banks (such as ING Direct or GMAC) are good for these kinds of accounts. I'm basically looking for a no fees account to put less that $10,000 in it.

I keep the money I have in my PayPal account in a money market account by PayPal. It's average return is around 4.67% and I have found it to be pretty good. Plus, the dividends are immediately available for your withdrawl. It's easy to get the money market by PayPal, just sign into your account and it will usually prompt you to sign up for it. It's also easy to transfer money from your checking account to your paypal account so it can earn dividends... if you don't have one already.
