Yahoo Using Bing.com's Search Engine??

I heard that Yahoo has or is going to join with MSN ... and are going to start using bing.com for there search results...

I have two question's can anyone verify this or is it just a rumor?

And if this is true.... Great! Does this mean no more having to submit your site to yahoo's directory just to be listed in there search results?

Although Yahoo will rely on Microsoft's Bing to provide it with search crawling and indexing, Yahoo will be working separately on its search user interface. We'll know more once they integrate their search functionality.

I also heard it before.
May be a year ago I read a new saying that Yahoo denied to sell the company to Microsoft, I am thinking that they've decided to just deal with its search engine. IMO.
