Re: How Not to Get Banned in Forums?
Getting banned from forums are mostly occurred due to some reason so far I know. The reasons are:
1. Adding to many links to your post which have no relation with the thread
2. Posting thin posts
3. IP conflict
You can overcome the IP conflicts easily. Just send a PM to Admins or mods that you are using shared internet connection. Then they will take care about that issue. And rest two totally depends on you. Try to make always real engaging comments on every thread, don't look at what other members have made comments.
I wish my comment will help you to not to get banned from forums.

They only banned you if you are not following their terms & conditions of using forum. Some of the common mistakes are adding to many links to your thread, short posts & same IP posts.

Each forum has its rule regulations. By following these rules we may keep ourself away to be banned. We should also place unique and related content so as not to be banned.

Re: How Not to Get Banned in Forums?
I get blocked or banned all the time, but I never attack anyone directly. It seems that the ISP has more to do with it for me. One of mine is completely blocked from some forums and I can't even read, but neither of them can be used for posting unless I register which reeks of big brother since I was allowed to post previously, then one day I was blocked.

Re: How Not to Get Banned in Forums?
You just have to read the rules and regulations since each forums have different rules in posting. I don't think administrators just ban someone without a reason. They would send notifications on your infractions as what I know.

Re: How Not to Get Banned in Forums?
IP address conflict occurs when two or more computers on the same LAN network end up with the same IP address. When this occurs, both computers end up not being able to connect to network. There are a few ways in which this problem can be fixed. If it is Static IP request your ISP for a change of IP.If it is a Dynamic IP you can try resetting your modem by switching ON and OFF the modem or open the command prompt and type "ipconfig /release," which dumps the automatic address it had, and then "ipconfig /renew," which gets a new address. To check for the change in IP you can visit Ip-details.com which gives your public IP when you visit the site.

Re: How Not to Get Banned in Forums?
You follow the rules and regulation, you do not spam, you post and answer only relevant questions/topics, yet you still get banned. In my opinion, that leaves your IP address to be the culprit. Someone with the same IP address must have been spamming the forum, or got banned for whatever reason, and since you share the same IP address, you'll be treated with the same courtesy.

Re: How Not to Get Banned in Forums?
Some forums have key words that people place into advertisements, and these are words that also happen to be used by people who spam forums. You may not have posted anything spammy but may have gotten banned because of certain keywords and phrases that you use. It's one of those things they don't always list in the forum rules because then the people who are spamming will find other ways to get around using those words. It's happened to me on ocassion and I just logged out, and used the contact us feature through a VPN to ask an administrator what I did that was wrong, and they did, after reviewing my post history lift the ban because I proved I wasn't spamming and hadn't violated any rules. Sometimes these autmated-"word bans" as I call them- programs boot off users who are following the rules for keywords. So it's really about how you phrase things, and using correct grammar and punctuation can also get you booted off of some forums, even if it doesn't say so in the rules.

Re: How Not to Get Banned in Forums?
Read first the rules and regulations of the forum site before posting anything. Comment or post threads that are relevant to that site. Avoid one-liner sentences and redundant phrases like "This is a good post", "Thank you", "Nice one" (some forums allow this), etc.
