A budget is where you have a certain amount of money that you have to spend and you cant go above your budget.

The first keyword to be pulled into an auction gets charged first. No money is pre-assigned to any keyword. Ad Words does, however, calculate what a bid will probably cost and then look at your budget and calculate if there is enough in it for the cost of the click. So, it is possible for AdWords to determine that the budget will not be enough to cover possible clicks in the auction and will therefore not run the ads.

Daily Budget is set up for your convenience so you can manage your budget limit per day. If you would prefer to increase/decrease your daily budget limit, you can update the information in your account.

    Hello Friends,

PPC will be your greatest online marketing nemesis if you’re new to it and don’t prepare. It’s challenging to peruse spreadsheets of words, ads, and numbers and remember exactly what you’re looking at. Stop. Get an energy drink. Now take a step back – and think. Think about exactly what you’re looking at. Go row by row if you have to. Whatever helps you think about the keyword itself. The keyword is the bread and butter of your PPC campaign.
Keywords are simply characters that users type into a search box when they’re looking for something. Keywords can be one word like “hotels”. Keywords can also be “longtail” multiple word phrases like “keeping austin weird, hotels”. Long tail keywords are longer three or four word phrases which are highly specific to your goods or services. These convert the most clicks to customers because they target a consumer who specifically knows what they want and is ready to buy. You gain access to keywords in the search engines by ‘bidding’ on specific keywords.

    Thanks

Google has also come under fire for allowing AdWords advertisers to bid on trademarked keywords. In 2004, Google started allowing advertisers to bid on a wide variety of search terms in the US and Canada, including the trademarks of their competitors and in May 2008 expanded this policy to the UK and Ireland. Advertisers are restricted from using other companies' trademarks in their advertisement text if the trademark has been registered with Advertising Legal Support team. Google does, however, require certification to run regulated keywords, such as those related to pharmaceuticals keywords, and some keywords, such as those related to hacking, are not allowed at all. These restrictions may vary by location

Each online campaign has a daily budget. In the online campaign you have different ad groups which will share the budget. The online campaign should be based on categories like text vs display ads or product 1 vs product 2
